National speed and redundancy

Turnaround and shipping

Duplicate plants on both coasts print to the same standard, so most standard orders are produced and delivered in 1 to 2 business days.

A typical standard order

From approval to delivery

  1. Day 0: proof approved

Your job is scheduled at the plant closest to its delivery address.

  2. Day 1: printed and finished

Printed, coated, cut, folded or bound, then inspected and packed blind.

  3. Day 1–2: delivered

Ground delivery reaches most addresses within a day of the plant; you get the tracking number.

Production cut-off: Proofs approved before the daily cut-off start production that day. Ask trade support for the cut-off time at your nearest plant.

Facilities

Duplicate plants on both coasts

The same presses, the same stocks and the same colour targets, so your job is identical wherever it prints.

  • Orders boxed and stacked on racks in a production plant

    East coast plant

Serves the eastern half of the country, with offset, digital, wide-format and label lines.

  • Pallets of boxed stock on tall warehouse shelving

    West coast plant

The same equipment and the same calibration, serving the western half of the country.

Built in

What comes with every order

  • Continuous calibration

Presses on both coasts are calibrated to the same colour targets every day, so a job looks the same whichever plant prints it.

  • Built-in redundancy

If one plant has an outage or a backlog, the other takes the work, and your date holds.

  • Blind shipping, always

Plain boxes, plain packing slips and your business as the return address, at no extra charge.

  • Split shipments

One order delivered to several addresses: offices, stores or event venues.
