Blind shipping, explained: delivering under your own brand
How white-label shipping works on trade orders, what your client sees when the box arrives, and how to set up split deliveries.
When you resell print, the relationship with the client is yours. Blind shipping keeps it that way: the order goes straight from our plant to your client, and nothing on it says it came from anyone but you.
What your client sees
- A plain box with no printer’s branding, inside or out.
- Your business as the return address on the shipping label.
- No packing slip or invoice from us. Pricing never travels with the order.
Blind shipping is standard on every trade order. There is nothing to switch on and no extra charge.
Why it matters
Your client hired you, not your supplier. If a box arrives with a wholesale printer’s name on it, the next order can skip you entirely. Blind shipping protects the margin you have earned on design, project management and service.
Split shipments
One order can go to several addresses: a stack of brochures to head office, a few boxes to each store, banners straight to an event venue. List the addresses and quantities in your quote request and each one ships blind from the plant nearest to it.
Tracking
You get the tracking number for every package, so you can pass it on to your client from your own email, under your own name.
